First off I woke up to a leaking pipe in my attic, I called several plumbers, most was busy and had other jobs. So when most called me back they explained the process. I had one guy call me and I gave him the job, im not sure if it was off thumbtac or plumbers on call because thats how many were calling me..he comes to my house and tell me that small job was 1750.00 and I immediately told him to get out after paying 50.00 service fee he told me its a 2hr job after calling his boss (FREDY CRUZ) thatd whom I sent the zelle money to.. Mr.Alban called me back and told me to send him pics and he'll tell me price on phone before he gets here to see if im satisfied so none of our time would be wasted. I like the quote I told him come on. He came on time, did the job in 20 mins. My wife was satisfied I was satisfied and it was 1300.00 cheaper the guy I kicked out...Alban was very knowledgeable he talked me through the job and gave me suggestions and he was very officiate. I will give him 5 stars and alot of recommendations and definitely use him in the future....thanks for the honesty ALBAN H. continue doing great work and being honest will take you a long way in this business.

I gave him a bad review last time, but he truly came forward and made up for it. There was a miscommunication earlier but it is all sorted.
He is a skilled worker, honest and a hardworking person. I would recommend to hire him again.
I will probably call him again for next plumbing issues if arise.

Twice abandoned bathroom renovation was finally completed! The job was not easy but Elite Mechanical was able to solve the problems at a great value whereas two previous contractors couldn’t. My bathroom is beautiful. I had a fantastic experience working with Elite Mechanical. They arrived on time, assessed the issue promptly, and provided a clear explanation of the problem and solution. The repair was completed efficiently, and the area was left spotless. Professional, courteous, and reliable. I’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to be upfront and transparent about pricing. Before starting any work, I provide a detailed estimate that breaks down the costs, including parts and labor. If anything unexpected comes up, I make sure to communicate it right away so there are no surprises. My goal is to give fair pricing and good value for quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to what they need and inspecting the job or project site. Then I explain what needs to be done, provide an estimate, and answer any questions. Once they agree, I schedule the work and make sure to keep them updated throughout the job. After finishing, I double-check everything to ensure it’s working properly and leave the area clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing plumbing and heating works for over 15 years now. I started with an apprenticeship and worked my way up. Over the years, I’ve handled a wide range of jobs—everything from simple leak repairs to full system installs.
That experience helps me find solutions quickly and get the job done right the first time.
