- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard flat fee pricing system but it can range depending on the difficulty level of the matter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically begin with a free and brief phone consult to determine if bankruptcy is an option. Next, I would schedule an appointment to meet with the client. We work together in gathering the necessary information for the bankruptcy. We then schedule one final appointment to review the bankruptcy petition and prepare the filing. Once filed, we attend the 341a hearing together and I like to meet my clients early to alleviate any fears and go through the typical questions asked at the hearing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for 5 years as a staff attorney for a Bankruptcy Trustee wherein I processed thousands of bankruptcies. Also learned how a Trustee works and thinks which creates an advantage for my clients.
