Maria told me over the phone that she and another girl would be able to clean my home and I was please to hear that. She knew all the details so she wasn’t going in blind and she had an idea about the home. She arrived on time, I walked her through and she looked annoyed!! She said she needed to go make a phone call outside. She spoke Italian in which I really understand a little of and what I heard her say was no house too big. She came in to the home and told me sorry I’m not cleaning your house get somebody else. I explained to her that I thought she understood with our conversation over the phone more than once that it was a big home and yes she said that she and another person could handle it. I’m very annoyed, I could of hired a very nice girl that was fit for the job but instead gave it to Maria. Don’t hire this woman, I don’t think she’s equipped to clean anything!!!
