Introduction: My mission as a coach is to encourage behavioral/habit changes that foster an overall healthy lifestyle. This includes strengthening my client’s relationship with food and fitness, stress management, injury prevention by focusing on quality of movement patterns and training my clients to increase their strength and perform optimally. As a coach, I constantly remind my clients that with me, they are creating habits for longevity because prioritizing health and wellness is a lifestyle choice. I have experience training athletes (from my internship at Sac State Football Team), and active duty soldiers (Fort Bragg and Fort Hood), along with general population clients. I offer special priced package deals to teachers, health care workers and military or veterans.

Drea is an awesome trainer and she makes me feel really comfortable working with her. She has a lot of energy and does her best to motivate me to push through my workout and she makes it very fun too with her funny dance moves. Working with Drea is so empowering! I've never had a coach that was more motivated than I was to reach MY goals. Her programs look easy but they definitely are a HITTER. She prepared me for my PRT when joining the Navy and I'm so thankful for that! I definitely feel stronger after finishing her programs and I'm excited to keep working with her. I used to struggle with my confidence but she really brought that out in me when she made custom programs for my personal health goals. She's definitely a coach that cares about what you are working towards and always reminds me that I could always improve. Definitely 11/10 recommend hiring her as your personal training coach whether you're a beginner to just working out or even an expert in the gym!

Drea is an amazing fitness coach. I wanted someone to help me with nutrition/meal plan AND my fitness routine, and Drea does Both wonderfully! She is very encouraging of my personal goals and is there to support me when days are a struggle.   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    During undergrad, I observed and worked in various Physical Therapy clinics. After working with patients in their rehab experiences, I earned a Certified Personal Training certification because I became fascinated with helping clients be stronger post-rehab. Overtime, my values as a coach shifted to promoting health and wellness habits and lifestyle choices to prevent injuries or minimize the risk for diseases.
