Anthony, I cannot say that I am sorry your service was not what you had hoped for. If you are interested in unprofessional and illegal services, I suggest you look elsewhere. I hope that this invalid 2 star review will not deter legitimate clients from receiving a massage from a hard working therapist who takes their work seriously. Thank you

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? All pricing is based on time as opposed to services rendered. This ensures that all of my clients truly get the care that they need for their specific ailments, free of unnecessary extra charges. Tips (while the thought is appreciated) are not accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out an intake form and have a brief consultation. This is important time for me to get to know your needs and expectations of the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from the Lincoln Technical Institute program for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 2010. Over the years I have worked in many settings and with many different types of clients, both young and old. I am also additionally certified in holistic pain management, wherein my focus generally lies.
