Installation went fine, gave a 2 year warranty on refurbished phones. Had an issue with 1 phone which was not his doing and we are willing to pay for service but its been 2 months and he is ignoring our emails and calls. Do not book this guy his work is not guaranteed and doesn't followup with customers you will never see or hear from him again. Forget the warranty its a sales pitch. Very Very dishonest
