Laura is a skilled yoga teacher with a calming aura that puts you into an immediate state of relaxation! Whether you want a more chill class or a stronger workout she’s able to adapt!

Ms McCullough is a superb yoga instructor. She is very knowledgeable about poses, and modifications, so that you never feel it’s too much for you. I am an older client, and I always feel relaxed, yet also like I got a terrific workout in her class!!! That’s a hard job for an instructor, but she makes it look easy!!! Music choices are terrific, too, which is important to me. I definitely recommend her for either your first-ever class, or if you are experienced in yoga!

For a type A person who has a hard time slowing down, Laura is the perfect yoga teacher. She taught right to my level and kept me interested and also feeling so relaxed. I’ve done yin, vinyasa, and power yoga with her and I literally don’t have a favorite. She’s my guilty pleasure and total self care.

I suffered lots of back pain. Laura too me through a few routines that opened up my hips and incorporated some stretches that took the pain away by the end of the session. I recommend Laura 100%

I am a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher. I have done additional training in injury prevention and trauma informed yoga.

I have worked with a variety of people with a variety of different needs. From older folks struggling with pain to a younger crowd looking to get in shape, I’ve been there to help!
