My husband has very high standards for food and service, and Francis performed masterfully! First of all, he showed up promptly when he said he would and proceeded to make my small kitchen his workplace. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with close friends out on our covered patio while it lightly sprinkled rain outside. Francis served 11 people a 3-course meal on time following a couple speeches. We ate baked sea scallops, veal Provençal, creme brûlée and a lemon meringue tart! The sea scallops were very delicious in their cream and mushroom sauce. The veal Provençal was cooked to perfection--very juicy, yet tender--along with potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus was very well chosen and didn't have any of the tough stalks mixed in. One of our guests couldn't finish both her desserts so Francis packed it for her take home. I would definitely recommend Francis for intimate dinners at your home or other locations. He has a high sense of professionalism and a genuine spirit that wants your gathering to be fabulous and relaxed for you. I've already been discussing with my family when the next time is when we'll have Francis cook for us! We loved it!

We have hired Chef Francis to cook for us once a week and he has done a great job so far! He cooks healthy, vegan dishes and is very responsive and open to our menu ideas. He is a pleasure to work with and the food is delicious!
