Kevin did a wonderful job on my front walkway but he missed 2 areas that I noticed after I paid him. I reached out to him, sent him pics of the areas and asked him if he would please come back and fix them and he said "absolutely", I will be in touch. This was 4 months ago, I have texted him numerous times and has not responded. Make sure you check everything thoroughly before making payment. And I just saw Kevin's response to my review and I am shocked!!!! He did not send me one text message or email explaining his situation. If he had, I would not have sent in the review that I did. Additionally, the areas that need attention are much larger than the size of a dime. I hope Kevin's hand heals quickly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I was in the bricklayer union starting in 2002. I worked with the same company for 16 years till they went non union. I was lucky to work with guys that were very experienced at this trade and taught me well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come look at job and meet face to face with costumer. After discussing work I will send a ballpark figure, if figure is agreed upon I will email a formal estimate.
