Although I'm not moving forward with an AC replacement at this time, I appreciated Tom's transparency, kindness, and communication when visiting my home and providing an estimate. This company is on our short-list when we revisit this project in the future.

They replaced the water heater in our house .Tom was very responsive & transparent.They are a family owned business ,one of the reasons I choose them . Tech arrived on time and took his time to install the water heater to perfection. They cleaned up after them and left the place clean . I will recommend them to any one looking to get projects done.

Working with Tom and his sons reminds me what customer service really looks like because in today’s age you rarely see it. Tom was extremely responsive, patient, and worked with me to resolve my whole home humidifier installation project. On top of that - he’s transparent. Tom and his crew were absolute professionals from start to finish. I knew Manfredi was the right choice before Tom even gave me a quote for the job. No sleazy sales tactics, no unnecessary up-selling. Combine that with the fact that his pricing was extremely fair and Manfredi was a no brainer. We will be using Manfredi for all of our HVAC needs in the future. This is long, but important. I don't do reviews often, but I want to give kudos where it's deserved. I am so impressed by this company. At a time when the service industry has seemingly gone haywire, my experience with Manfredi Heating and Air Conditioning has been top notch. I feel that they went above and beyond. I realized my A/C was not working at 7p in the evening 2 days ago. I reached out through the Thumbtack app to 3 listed professionals about an hour later. Manfredi responded in less than 5 min and let me know they could be there the next morning and gave me a time range. I gave my address, but I have heard this before so I wasn't confident this was going to happen. What I have come to realize is that this is a family business and they are serious about their business. Anthony showed up on time. He was pleasant, polite and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue, order the necessary part, and would be back the next day (today) to fix it. We also told him about a heating issue from months ago that we needed fixed, but someone who was supposed to have done it has gone ghost. Anthony diagnosed that as well. Today, two different people show up: Matthew and Thomas. (They are all brothers. ) They were just as polite and professional. They put in the new part and realized something else is not working. Now this is important, because this shows you how honest this company is. They realized that my unit should have a 10 year warranty and they did not want to charge me for all the parts or even labor if I am under warranty with another company. So, they asked when I had it done. I found the receipt and it was under warranty time. They reached out to the company that installed it for us 7 years ago and reached out to the manufacturer. So now we wait to get confirmation from the manufacturer. I will probably have the original company fix the remainder of the A/C since it is under warranty. But I am going to have Manfredi work on the heating issue. While this is a long review, I wanted to be clear that my experience was pleasant, refreshing, and easygoing. Manfredi Heating and Air Condition has professional, polite, honest workers looking out for the customers. I for one appreciate that and I am looking forward to working with them again. And I have already told some people about my experience.
