Wade Odell Wade has been a WOW for me for decades! Since 1985, Wade Odell Wade has moved my home goods from Mahwah, NJ to Saddle Brook, NJ, to Indianapolis, IN, to Columbus, OH, to Boston, MA, to Stamford, CT, to another location in Stamford, CT. In between, they also ably crated and stored other "stuff" for several years and were returned in-tact. With each move, there was a personal contact/estimator, follow-up, accurate estimates, and on time delivery. Here are my sincere thoughts about this great company: Over time, I learned that "OS" means Over-Sized, and I had lots of Glass/Mirrors and heirlooms (lots of "leggy" tables, etc.). That said, they didn't break or lose anything (very organized - numbered/recorded/check lists)...So, I am here in my home in Stamford CT, with everything as it was before I left my last places. (So, "shoot," if they broke my stuff, they would have professionally repaired damages...as part of their promise/service contract). In a nutshell, Wade Odell Wade is a company filled with: True Business Professionals and Great People, driven by Excellent Ownership/Leadership -Thoughtful Personal Service, On Time, Prepared and Passionate Professionals who treat your possessions with kid gloves -Accurate and Detailed Estimates for Services requested, as well as providing input to best deliver your desired result -Reliable and Timely move-in/move-out dates with constant Communication (home office coordinators, over-the-road transporters, sales agent, etc.) -Professional moving Associates, Trustworthy, strong and smart knowledge of "all the angles" about how best to remove and/or place your worldly possessions in your coming or going destination -Far-reaching network to contact quality professionals to recommend providers, in the event that they, themselves cannot provide the service you need where and when you need it. Wade Odell Wade makes Moving a positive Moving experience - Wouldn't relocate without them!

I am required to give one star but they are not even deserving of this. BUYER BEWARE. if you care about your belongings or want a moving company that will get your belongings to you in a timely fashion DO NOT USE WADE, ODELL, WADE UNITED. Not only did they damage many of my items it took them over 2 months to delivery my belongings. They were careless and could care less about customer satisfaction as stated. There excuse they could not find a driver to go 95 southbound from NJ the number one busiest moving route. I made weekly calls, texts, emails but no one could tell me what was going on. Phone calls to UNITED were a joke. WOW passed the buck to UNITED and UNITED passed it back to WOW. All acknowledged my move was a "failure". I was offered 200 for my inconvenience (no beds for 9 weeks PLUS they refused to pay the 200 since I reviewed their company) and 120 for claims to broken items. Paid approximately 3500 for a move where I had more than 5000 worth of damage and my belongings were held hostage for over 2 months but the aggravation and deceitful business practices by UNITED disgraceful. Use caution if even thinking about getting a quote from United WOW. If I knew then what I know now. WOW is right; WOW IT WAS BAD.

Wade Odell Wade took all the stress out of our move. The owner of the company actually came out to do our estimate. He was upfront and honest, there were no hidden costs at the end of our move. His crew was curtious and professional. I have recommended them to several friends, all have had a positive experience.
