Ken is an excellent tech, anytime I have a problem al I have to do is call and he contacts me immediately and corrects my problems. I still have a warranty on my computer and prefer to use Ken as my tech. I sent my laptop back to the company for repairs and after waiting for 2 weeks the laptop came back and I still had problems. I called Ken and he repaired my laptop and also my cleaned up my desk top within a work day. He has worked on several family members and they feel the same as I do. My grandson ( which is 21) and on his own calls me anytime he has an issue for Ken's phone number. My computers now work with no problems. I highly recommend Ken Carberry not only as a great tech but also well mannered, considerate, and very flexible working with the individual. Ken most of the time comes to my home but he also has helped me via telephone and through team viewer. Ken is like the Postman: snow, sleet; rain or shine he is always on time and there to work diligently until problem is solved.

Ken is an excellent tech, anytime I have a problem all I have to do is call and he contacts me immediately. This man is amazing .All I have to do is pick up the phone and he gives me a time that he would be at the house and Boom he is there.He came to my house to fix my Laptop that had a Virus, he had to fix the Malware ,drivers,and programs that the Virus had infected on my laptop that is still under warranty took about 30 minutes nope nobody is gonna mess with my laptop but Ken warranty or not that's how much I trust him. Ken always goes above and beyond when it comes to his work.I would give up 30 minutes of my life just to have this man fix my computer anytime because its worth it to me to have a smooth running computer I used team Viewer with Ken in many occasions for example: I went back to school after 40 years and I was overwhelmed with the applications that the college gave me to put on my desktop when I called the IT department at the college and they did something to my desktop which in turn caused a virus and I couldn't get into my home work pages that I had to do that night and low and behold I called Ken via telephone and he came on team viewer,this man came threw I had all my homework finished by the end of the night it only took about 30 minutes to set my desktop up from all the mistakes the college did. Ken is considerate and very flexible with the individual. with me there are not enough words to express how much this man means to me If Ken was set up on that Web site you see on TV called Angie's List I would be the first to put that review in .Ken is #1in my Book and always will be

Ken fixed my computer in a timely & professional matter, on a Sunday at my convenience, He went above & beyond to make my computer run like new again. I do not believe I could get the service I received from him elsewhere. His rates are very, very reasonable, you do not find that kind of rates or service elsewhere. I know he will always have my computer repair business.

You are getting the skills, qualifications and great service that is provided from 27 years of experience doing computer repair work for less of a rate than most computer technicians. Standard pricing is base on a flat rate for 45.00, plus parts if the computer system needs them. .

I will explain the whole process from the start of the computer repair to the end of the computer repair that is being done for the customer.
