I went for an Initial consultation and did not find Ms. Strich helpful at all. She asked me questions for quite a while and then told me she would not take my case and charged me $445.Feb 21, 2016Gabrielle S.'s reply
Not all employment termination cases have merit. I do not do any legal work on contingency, nor do I do initial consultations for free. I did not reject James' case lightly, but met with him for over an hour asking a lot of questions to see if there was a legal angle for argument over his termination. Regretfully, I could not find any legal basis to dispute James' termination. I did not want to take this client's money for a case I felt would not likely succeed. If you want an honest evaluation and thoughtful consideration of your matter, please call Strich Law Firm PC at 609-924-2900.
Professional and thorough! And right about everything in my case! I recommend this law firm to everyone!Feb 21, 2016

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? The best referral is from another attorney, rather than another client. Another attorney usually can gage the quality of another attorney's work better than a client. I have gone above and beyond and gotten extraordinary results, only to have a client be unhappy. In other cases, no special work was required and the client feels I "walk on legal waters."
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? There are lawyers who "fly by the seat of their pants," and there are lawyers who prepare for every hearing and trial, regardless of years of experience. I am the latter type lawyer. In addition, I regularly attend seminars to stay up to date in my fields of expertise; I always have more than the mandated amount of continuing education credits.
