I have known Steve for 1+ years after joining the team he was part of. Steve’s depth of knowledge is complimented by his passion for aiding in the growth and development of others. He is a natural when it comes to coaching; it is in his DNA. I know firsthand because his talent mindset and coaching mentality have truly helped to shape me into a better person and have accelerated my growth and development as I transitioned into the team. During the last year, one of the projects we worked together on was creating program training decks and Steve always made it a priority to help in my growth and development by explaining concepts that I was unfamiliar with and allowing me to ask questions, even though he could have easily avoided doing so.
