Rob was very detailed and took his time to explain everything to me. He thoroughly checked our hot water heater as part of yearly maintenance, and provided excellent expertise regarding a water filtration system install, leaking pipe in the basement, and backup power for our subpump. Very responsive and great value. Will be our new go to as plumber and heating/hot water tank maintenance. Thanks!!
