I am a very happy person to have met such a talented woman in her field. I met Tobi by searching the web for someone to come and paint a few rooms in my home and liked her website full of beautiful photos of the work she had done. Tobi has done a lot of work for me in my home and loved everything she has done for me. The work includes: my fireplace, my two story foyer that goes to the second floor, my kitchen walls, ceiling medallion in my dining room, a stencil behind my cooktop, repainted my double front door, and panels in my foyer and hallway. Tobi isn't happy unless you're happy with what she has done and is willing to change whatever you don't like. Tobi finished everything in a quick and timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my friends!

I love working with Tobi on my projects. Not only is she very talented but is insightful in understanding exactly what I am trying to achieve as the interior designer. She does wonderful wall design, ceiling design and faux stone design as well as furniture refinishing and painting. At a Designer Show House that she created a ceiling that looked like opague glass with tree branches and leaves slightly visible through the 'glass ceiling', it was remarkable. In the same show house, her faux stone finish above a fireplace matched the real stone so well, it was impossible to tell where one started and the other ended.

Tobi from Periwinkle Skies is one of the most talented artist I know. She can not only perfect a miriad of decorative painting and plastering finishes, intricate stencil designs, large or small, but also paint exquisite murals as well. She is fearless and will tackle projects of any magnitude even suspended high in the air on scaffolding. Pricing is based upon the scope of each project and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, each project can be pre-estimated based upon a detailed description and measurements. Final estimates and details will be based upon an on site walk-through and client meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and background are in art, finishing and textured plaster installations. I have a degree in fine art and field experience since 1992.
