After careful research, we found that EZ FFR was the best match! Open, Honest, Efficient (without a separate conflicting agenda - like some of the other discount brokers!). Listed my house with Tom at EZ. Had 6 showings and a contract in 10 days. I was able to lower the price because I was paying less comm. I would never do "For Sale By Owner" Too dangerous. Let strangers into the house because they called on the phone. Crazy!

I have used EZ Flat Fee Realty twice and could not have been happier. I sold two rental properties and saved close to $20k by not listing them with a traditional realtor.
