Before and after speaks for itself! Kate truly was so wonderful and I can honestly say this has changed my life! I had such deep stress and embarrassment when it came to my closet. It overwhelmed me and made it so hard to get dressed and feel confident. Kate saved the day! It took her 6 hours to get it all in order because nothing was together. She had to take everything out, categorize it, and find a way to put it back together. She’s amazing! I cannot recommend her enough - I will use her for any future organizing needs! She is prompt, professional, efficient, and kind. No judgment at all, just kind and helpful feedback on how to keep things organized! Additionally, she gave me the choice to have her organize my hanging clothes by color and style or not because it was already such a huge project. I chose not to do that at this time since it was already such a big project and I need to do a good cleanse anyways and get rid of stuff! Now that I can see what I have, it will be so much easier to do that! If you’re on the fence, HIRE KATE! You won’t regret it!

Working with Katie was like working with a friend. She was respectful of my property. We talked while we worked while categorizing items. She made sure I was aware of everything she did and I made the decision of what category in which they were placed. She's professional, responded to my request in a short time, gave me an estimate of how long it would take and an estimated price up front which I love. She organized my whole buffet while I worked in another area and together we completed the task in less time than expected which saved me some money too. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a free consultation then a hourly rate for a minimum of 3 hours. Special packages available for larger projects. All products used for the space are additional. Transportation fees may apply depending on the area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request photos of the area that’s needing organization, find out what they are expecting from me in regards to goals, time frame and budgeting then establish a plan going forward. Once the space is seen in person or via photos, we will then offer ideas for storage and organization solutions according to the customer’s needs and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on organizing experience and a bachelors degree in business.
