I hired Jordan Brian for a photo booth for my daughter’s sweet 16 party. His equipment did not work properly, so he said he would take photos and mail them to me. It was very disappointing that no guests were able to get photos to take home. He said it would be like we hired a professional photographer but he never left the booth location and took no pictures of the people dancing or singing happy birthday. When I asked him for 2 copies of each picture he told me I would have to pay an additional $195. I told him that was ridiculous and we should be refunded some money or at least compensated with extra photos since we did not receive the services or photos that we paid him for. He offered no response. The photos we received are good but did not have the border to commemorate my daughter’s party that we had discussed. I would not recommend using him.

Jordan provided the photo booth at my niece's sweet sixteen party and he exceeded all of our expectations. Although he was responsive and considerate prior to the event, it wasn't until the actual event that we experienced how great he is. He was patient with everyone, very professional and went beyond the role of "photo booth attendant"! He encouraged the guests to experience the booth to the fullest, provided 2 copies of each picture at the event and quickly sent digital versions of each picture. It was a pleasure to work with Jordan and I hope to have another opportunity in the future.
