- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our projects are considered custom since no two are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple yet involved. The first step is to talk to the customer to gain a full understanding of the project. Next step is to visit the site to make sure the customer is aware of all the solutions to fit that need. Then an estimate is provided, explaining all the steps and equipment we plan to install. At this point, we will follow up to ensure the customer is happy and to answer any questions.
