    Our experience with Harvest Specialty Catering and Jason was all that I could ask for. We chose this company for our daughter's barn wedding. Initially, Jason was willing to work with us for a limited portion of our event, something many caterers are NOT willing to do. After time (and a taste testing!) we opted to use him for all but dessert (we had a friend doing the cake.) We so appreciated his flexibility and willingness to work with us. He accommodated us and our changing needs at all points of our journey, even in the midst of his own challenges with equipment issues. We never knew about his difficulties until later, and not from Jason but the venue staff, as he and his crew pulled off a wonderful dinner. Our wedding guests were very complimentary of the food. On every level, we were thrilled with our choice. I would highly recommend this company for your event, whatever it may be.

      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
        We will obtain all the necessary information to create an estimate and give the client time to evaluate, ask questions, make tweaks to the menu, etc.
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
        All of the staff here have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Our most senior cook has been "in the business" for as long as some staff members have been alive!
      • What types of customers have you worked with?
        In the warmer months we do a lot of outdoor work, especially BBQ catering including everything from back yard parties, to corporate outings at the park, to casual weddings. The rest of the year is spent indoors in more traditional banquet halls and corporate buildings, catering everything from breakfast, lunch and dinner to various social gatherings.
