Our experience with Harvest Specialty Catering and Jason was all that I could ask for. We chose this company for our daughter's barn wedding. Initially, Jason was willing to work with us for a limited portion of our event, something many caterers are NOT willing to do. After time (and a taste testing!) we opted to use him for all but dessert (we had a friend doing the cake.) We so appreciated his flexibility and willingness to work with us. He accommodated us and our changing needs at all points of our journey, even in the midst of his own challenges with equipment issues. We never knew about his difficulties until later, and not from Jason but the venue staff, as he and his crew pulled off a wonderful dinner. Our wedding guests were very complimentary of the food. On every level, we were thrilled with our choice. I would highly recommend this company for your event, whatever it may be.

Jason and his team did an excellent job with our wedding. It was a vegan wedding, and although Harvest is not a vegan-specific caterer, the food was excellent. Every guest raved about the food, and many did not realize it was all vegan. Jason was more than willing to work with us to keep the price in budget without sacrificing the things that were important to us or the overall quality. Harvest also handled many of the logistics for us. If I had another big event, I would definitely hire Harvest again.

First let me start by saying that Jason and the Harvest Specialty Catering staff were absolutely amazing! We had an original plan for our wedding at a venue with 125 guests, but COVID changed that. We then found a new outdoor Farm/Greenhouse location, cut our guest count to 45 guests, and had to outsource everything now. As you can imagine, with only 2 months to plan this, we were a little nervous not having any experience working with, finding and booking a catering company. Long story short we narrowed it down to 3 catering companys........and when we ended up putting them side by side, looking at price, food choices, additional services offered (Jason also handled all of our rentals) etc.... Harvest Speciality blew everyone out of the water! On October 18, 2020 the end result was breath taking. The set up, the staff and service, everything was perfect! We received so many compliments on the food from our family and friends as well as how attentive the staff was especially to some of my elderly family members. I had my daughter's outdoor party. I was looking for a catering company who provides me everything since I didn't want go through the headache that parties are involved. It was my first time hiring them and I don't regret it. They are amazingggg!!. They provide me everything from the tents,chairs,tables,etc. The food omg it was really good. Having my guests talking about how good was the food is a plus .The servers such a nice crew. Jason was very helpul and professional and he's very patient considering the amount of changes that i made. I will definitely hiring them for my next event.

You could not go wrong by choosing Harvest Specialty Catering! Jason and Stella took such amazing care of our guests, who were all family and close friends. They were extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and as hoped, the food was amazing. We chose Harvest Specialty Catering to cater our sons 1st Birthday and we had brunch: the omelette station was a huge hit and the chicken parm was amazing, as well as the rest of our meal. We will definitely be using them for future parties and highly recommend to anyone looking for a caterer that will not disappoint!

Our estimates are comprehensive, line itemized and represent our full-service offerings. Everything discussed will be easy to pin point, including fees and taxes, and there’s nothing “left to the imagination”.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will obtain all the necessary information to create an estimate and give the client time to evaluate, ask questions, make tweaks to the menu, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the staff here have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Our most senior cook has been "in the business" for as long as some staff members have been alive!
