Introduction: My blog is focuses on lighter cooking recipes, yoga tips, travel tips, and dance education. I am a freelance artist in the NJ tri-state area. I do photography, videography, yoga instruction, dance instruction, and an integration of all art forms. I teach at various dance studios and offer home private yoga and dance instruction.
During summer 2015, I will be offering SUP (stand up paddleboard) yoga instruction in Manasquan, NJ. You can find more information on my website about scheduling and details.
My clients range from 6-year-olds to more than 60 year old. I believer that everyone can do yoga and dance, but that the experience of joy and happiness relies on the teachers' devotion and commitment to their student. I am currently teaching a prenatal client and a client who is recovering from a stroke. I am committed to my clients.
I am bilingual -- fluent in Spanish and English, and I am currently learning ASL (American Sign Language). I look forward to using these three languages whenever the opportunity calls for them.

Amazing yoga teacher, makes me regret being a member at my studio! She is personal and makes sure you can do every pose. Her paddle board class was challenging but she made it fun and worthwhile. Can't wait to go back to her for some privates. You're the best Gabby!
