I used Value Remodeling to replace all my windows. After interviewing multiple contractors, I felt most comfortable with Bill Tilton. Bill and his crew did not disappoint. The job was done professionally, in a timely manner, and Bill was always available to handle all questions and concerns. The price he gave me, while not the lowest I had gotten, was reasonable, and despite some unforeseen issues (rotting wood around my old leaky windows) Bill stuck to his quoted price. In all, I was very satisfied with the product and the work, and would definitely recommend Value Remodeling.

We hired Value Remodeling to apply vinyl siding to our home. We dealt directly with the owner, Bill Tilton during the quotation process and he was wonderful to work with. His quote was also very competitive. We were very pleased with the job the team performed. Upon completion of the job we noticed one minor issue with the siding. When we brought that to the attention of Bill and his team, it was immediately remediated. I highly recommend Value Remodeling and would definitely use them again.

A pleasure to work with - very professional - did an excellent job - had siding and windows done, as well as some masonry. Would recommend highly and if I were doing another project would definitely use this company again.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the contractor you hire has a good reputation and has been in business more than a year or two. Many contractors today are inexperienced and with a poor installation, the job could cost you more than you bargain for, even if the price was right. Their is no substitute to getting the job done correctly the first time. If your project is not properly done the first time you may have to have it done again, costing you double the amount.
