- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. We work for as long as a project requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A "Right Fit" call is the first step. We'll then submit a proposal if accepted; we have a Kick-Off meeting to get the project started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
