Desmond from Angela's All in One is a first-class professional. I called him last minute for a small job to change 8 of my smoke / CO alarms. Despite a busy day, he squeezed me into his evening schedule and got the job done! He was extremely polite and was very careful handling the ladder and his tools so that the paint on my walls was left untouched. All the work was done to perfection. I would love to work with Desmond again on future jobs.

Dezmond came out to fix the shelf in my closet that had fallen. This is what it looks like once he is finished and I still haven’t hung anything. His explanation is it will still hold clothing. I paid $70 for nothing because I still have to have someone come out and repair it. Extremely unprofessional when I called to ask for a refund after I send him pictures and video of the work.

Judging based on the actual work, the curtain rods didn't line up, but the work was completed. I did not like your presentation, mannerism, work and communication style. There were a lot of things that bothered me about our interaction but to keep it short, here's some advice. Next time you agree on a set time with a client, please stick to it. If you are showing up to client's home, a bit of professionalism is appreciated from conversation to presentation. So maybe hold off on the cigarettes. If you agree on a price, please stick to the price. Don't randomly add a price after you have completed the task. And the most irritating thing you did was when I questioned you about randomly adding extra dollars to the final price, even after you only completed 1 of the 2 agreed upon tasks, you rudely asked me why I was pressed over some extra dollars. A deal is a deal. Please rework your business strategies. Good luck.

I've learned early on that, My professionalism mannerism and dedication to customer service are my the#1priority in Business. I've also learned that you can't please everyone. To be fair, there was a little miscommunication with your scheduling. But there was no lack in my professionalism or mannerisms. After you implied being very busy, and working with the Armed forces and or military and a M.A, It excited me and actually gave me more volition and drive to complete your job and give back to our Armed forces and military community. Eager to please, we rescheduled at least on one occasion due to your tight schedule. We didn't confirm for days. (*Please refer to my scheduling preferences). I did my best to readjust to your schedule and you were still hasty and impatient.There was also a break in communication when you continued to Text messaged me contrary to my preference of verbal communication and confirmation. I would ask that in the future that's you treat professionals your working with decency and considerations and understand that We also have a schedule to fulfill and other priorities to uphold, respect should be commonplace, but your patience is a virtue. Again thank you for your consideration and feedback.
