I had a private dinner hosted by Chef Nirschel and it was an experience that could not be beat, nor forgotten. From the beautiful table settings, to the impeccable service, and the incredible food--everything was absolutely top notch. To start, he put out cut up melon that he added crispy prosciutto to and then sprinkled it with some balsamic glaze. The plating of this dish was absolutely incredible. More importantly, the taste was out of this world. The balance of the two flavors went together so perfectly. It's a dish that I will be copying and definitely serving for dinner parties that I host! For the main course he cooked chicken piccata topped with roasted red cherry tomatoes and a side of crispy broccoli. Everything was cooked with such perfection. My mouth is still watering thinking about the deliciousness of all the dishes. The chicken melted in your mouth and was flavored to perfection. Above all, Chef Chris was so awesome and fun to be around. His outgoing personality, love and respect for his guests, and obviously his food were all way above par. He exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a private dinner.
Wayne Clark cratered my anniversary event it was amazing. The dishes were delicious. Everything from salmon to oven roast chicken to the shrimp Alfredo was just amazing. Not to mention the desserts everything was great. I will definitely use his services again.
I have two words for Manjar Boutique Catering - Hire Them! Adolfo and his team were nothing more than stellar. We hired them for our wedding. From the initial courtship down to the reception and after, Manjar treated us with professionalism and empathy. There was continuous communication during the months that led to our big day. We did not want your typical "wedding dinner" of mash potatoes and steamed wrapped vegetable. Since my spouse and I are from different cultures, we wanted the food to reflect us. Manjar created a customized menu that did just that. The food tasting was also an experience as well. We felt like we were in a 5-star restaurant with the chef joining us at the table. Once we tasted their food, we immediately signed the contract! On our wedding day, the service was spectacular! We decided to have a family-style dinner where guests would have to interact with each other while passing around food plates. Our guests commented during and after the wedding how good the food and the service were -- which is exactly what we wanted.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Maria Luisa. The hard work and attention to detail that she and her staff put in to my son's Communion party was extremely impressive. Everything from the centerpieces to the passed hors d'oeuvres to the amazing roasted pig(absolutely stunning how they presented the pig!!!) to the desserts! Just absolutely perfect! The wait staff did an amazing job having everything move smoothly from one course to the next! My guests (all 180 of them) loved everything. I have been getting emails and text messages from people saying how wonderful and successful the party was. It was due to you all their hard work that the party came off so phenomenal! Not only was the presentation of the food and the decorations visually appealing but the food tasted incredible! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to any one looking to throw an amazing, unforgettable party, no matter how small or big- they can handle it!!!!
We loved the services and food catered by Kulinary Kings. They catered food for our 125 guest consisting of a variety of backyard BBQ foods. Our guest loved the roasted corn, the salmon pasta salad and the macaroni and cheese and chicken and beef skewers to name a few. Even more than the food, the service was great- we also requested servers and a bar tender and I must say all were on point and attentive to our guest. I would recommend This cater and will definitely use him again!
Chef Brian did a wonderful job catering our daughters wedding of 250. The cocktail hour display was gorgeous and plentiful as well as the delicious roasted pig and passed appetizers. Everyone was raving about the venue and food. I would hire Chef Brian again without a doubt. Again thank you Brian for your vision and pulling it all together.
Brenda met with me and helped plan a special menu for my husband's 50th birthday party. The food was great and well presented. The roast beef was a crowd pleaser. The cheese and fruit platter were an elegant touch. The custom lemonade was superb. I'm pleased and highly recommend Brenda and her team.
My firm hired David and Paglia Hospitality Inc. to provide breakfast and lunch and a platter of goodies to leave with us for a company event for our employees. One of the partners was enamored with the idea of having a food truck as the caterer for our event. So begins this culinary experience. I asked for typical breakfast fare and he delivered: Homemade corned beef hash, ricotta pancakes, Brioche French toast, and breakfast sandwiches plus more. His food was delicious and was a wonderful way to start our day! In regards to lunch, he even delivered more: Parmesan chicken wings, Tuscan BBQ wings, fried bacon rice balls, lobster rolls, fish tacos, roasted brussel sprouts with Calabrian chili, 5 different sandwiches and 3 burgers. We also had cookies and brownies. He was on time. He was professional. Most importantly: He worked fast to feed 30 people, with every order made upon request! I highly recommend Paglia Hospitality: you will not be disappointed.
Chef Florvil Valdez has previously offered his services as a Personal Chef several times for our family in 2012 and 2013. He has personally catered our granddaughter's birthday party, our birthday celebrations, our 4th of July BBQ, and most recently an association Christmas party. Each and every event has proven his exquisite attention to detail and his excellent customer service. He has worked both alone and with his crew of cooks and servers depending on the size of our events. He was recommended to us by a family friend in Las Vegas and we would love to do the same for any future client of his. Chef Flo, as he likes being called, is always vested in our family's best interest when it comes to creating menus and planning for the event. He always hits the nail on the head and delivers the best tasting food and excellent service. He is an "above and beyond" type of person. There is always a sense of relief the day of our events when Chef Flo is in our home kitchen, a quality that is much deserved and well earned. I have used other caterers and chefs in the past. The main difference is his constant strive to make us feel comfortable and satisfied with his services. He has always prepared a remarkable Mediterranean style menu, as requested. His food never disappoints. His work ethic and organization is what I enjoy the most in the kitchen. It is never a mess and always appears to have no trace of production at the conclusion of each event. He is clean, efficient, and runs a tight kitchen. Chef Flo is also very inviting into "his" kitchen. Our guests are never shooed away but rather welcomed with answers to their many questions. If anything, his services are an additional entertainment for our guests. Chef Florvil Valdez is always welcome in our home and should be in yours. You will not be disappointed if you choose him to provide his services for you and your family.
I have been catering from Sorrento for three years, Christmas and Easter. My family and friends love her dinners. Filomena's cooking is like eating in your Mother's kitchen, Chicken masala, eggplant rollatini, sausage and peppers, pot roast with gravy and noodles, her infamous meatballs(Yum) if you want something different she will make it for you. Try catering from Sorrento you will not be disappointed.
Corey was amazing! He arrived on time, cooked everything from scratch using local ingredients, all of the food came out in a timely matter, and he cleaned up after! He was great to work with when planning the meal. We had a delicious salad with an amazing bacon and tomato shallot vinaigrette, for entree we had beef tenderloin with a roasted garlic and rosemary mash potatoes and veggie medley, and dessert we had a chocolate ricotta mousse with strawberries. Everything was amazing! I can't wait to have Chef Corey cook for me again! I highly recommend Chef Corey! :)
We hired Culinary Classics for our parent's 50th Anniversary Luau Celebration and couldn't be happier with everything! From the beginning Dave was very easy to work with and accommodating for all our requests. The food was phenomenal, everyone at the party was raving about the selection, especially the Roasted Pig! The cake was beautiful and so delicious! The service was exceptional and professional. Really, I can not say enough great things about the entire event and will definitely be using them again in the future. Through my kitchen catered my mothers 80 th Birthday the food was fantastic my guests were all satisfied our favorite dishes are the seafood salad and potatoe salad delicious the rice with black beans and the roast pork “ pernil” fabulous. All the food was fresh excellent quality and tastefully delicious. I highly recommend through my kitchen for fresh delicious food. Great presentation and professionalism
Britta catered a wonderful dinner party we threw for about 19 people. The food was light and delicious -- a threw course meal with a yummy salad, roast chicken and berries & cream for dessert. Perfect for a dinner party, savory without being too heavy and weighing our guests down. Britta worked with us to come up with an outstanding menu that was within our budget. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
My family used Cornbread & Caviar for one of our holiday dinners. We had an amazing meal! It was like having all of your favorite dishes at one time! My ultimate favorite from that day was the roast beef. It was the most tender piece of beef I ever had; accompanied by the perfect balance of gravy. It was all I wanted for several days after. Cornbread & Caviar will be my choice in the future.

I have used Roast for catering twice - once for a Superbowl Party with 10 people, and a second time for a company luncheon with 20 attendees. They are Kosher, so it is a great option for those friends and co-workers that follow the dietery restriction. WHEW!!! AND WE ATE IT ALLLLL!!! There were EMPTY cartons EVERYWHERE!!! I kept one for my wife so that she could take to work the next day and she was highly amazed that it was still fresh after overnight refrigeration. I highly recommend Chef De Sola, this wonderful Woman is a consummate pro with skills of a Michelin Star Chef with an engaging personality that puts guests at ease. (Our Male guests were taken with her for other reasons, but she handled it so well, even while they had a few too many toasts...we must have heard "Skol" 30 times;-) I hired her as even though I normally make a decent traditional Thanksgiving meal for my Family, I had guests from Sweden whom were celebrating their first Thanksgiving with us. I can only barely do justice to the spread this Chef made for 22 guests, alone with a server! Roast Duck with Lingonberry Port Sauce, Chestnut Dim Sum, the most insanely gourmet version of a "Green Bean Casserole"; Haricot Very, Wild Mushroom Melange, Delicate Butter Sauce and Crispy Shallots. An amazing Pumpkin Bisque in a Sugar Pumpkin with a Bruleed Topping....so unique. Then a Stuffed Turkey Breast with Homemade Apple and Cranberry Sausage Stuffing, and a Bourbon Gravy, Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Baby Peas with Cippollini Onions, and so much more. I wanted a fusion meal with familiar Swedish ingredients, and An elevated Southern Style touch, and more. And then the Desserts; Bavarian Apple Cheese Torte, Valrhona Chocolate and Hazelnut Torte, and more. The crowning glory was a Croque en Bouche with each Puff filled with Praline Cream, Gorgeous Caramel Spun Sugar and Candied Pecan garnish. I have used a Personal Chef for my husband's entertaining co-workers, as it seemed less "personal", and the food was dub par with a premium price. For all this was, it was affordable, you always tip the Chef, but we felt so guilty about the price, I think we made up for it and what we felt it was worth. This was a memorable event, I will not forget. I will use her again, and while I want to keep her a secret, I know she is building her already successful business here. Thanks Chef De Sola
