- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a flat rate of 4hrs, and additional prices for added hours. The flat rate does increase based on distance and additional equipment needed based the standard requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Establishing a date and time for event 2. Establish venue, and if need be go to venue to see layout if description is not sufficient for customer. 3. Provide contract and receive down payment. 4. Stay in contact with customer until event date. 5. Show up 1hr early to set up and deal with any last minute adjustments 6. Rock Out and make sure customer and guest have a great time.

I have been doing party promotion for 10yr, dealing with clients and crowds pretty much prepared me to host Karaoke
