FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to discussing and possibly negotiating the price, based on the needs and expectations of the project. I am open to hourly, daily, or a one-time fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would have an initial phone conversation. I like to get to know my clients and for them to get to know me. We would discuss the project and get an understanding of how you and I can best work together so I can better serve your needs and get the project done according to your expectations. Depending on the project a follow-up call may be necessary after I do my due diligence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 16 years of hands-on effective work experience in administration, planning, and personal assistance. I'm proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I planned and executed small and large events, that included breakout sessions and multiple speakers, team-building events, and cost containment. I've scheduled home maintenance and repair work and supervised the projects to completion.
