Rob Cline launches the most stellar party machine, to make your event the ultimate success! For my daughter’s Sweet 16, the energy on that dance floor was unrivalled! Even the boys who were reluctant to dance were dancing—wow! Everyone (young and old) were having fun on that dance floor. The end-result was a smash hit but Rob Cline’s meticulous attention to detail was the secret to that success. He brings with him a fabulous entourage, including Zach-Attack who kept the party jammin’. The state of the art sound system, gobo moving heads, dance motivators, the upgraded dance floor lighting, the slide show and the terrific dance party giveaways (glow in the dark necklaces, headbands, fans)—all contributed to the mega-hit party. The fact that my daughter’s friends and my friends & coworkers are still talking about the best party ever (long after the party has finished) is the testament that it was a hit! Rob Cline’s incomparable professional approach to the business is second to none. His rockin’ music selection is online, but not only that! The database was a helpful guide because it walks you through the Planning Form and the Event Timeline. The signing of the contract and the payment is all done online too so it’s super convenient! The slide show of pictures, displayed in music, was an added bonus that tugged at the heart. This was a lot of work and Rob Cline spared no effort to make things perfect! Speak of perfect, the Photo Booth also elevated the party to a higher dimension. The fun goofy props, the unlimited prints, the ability to instantly post onto social media, the fabulous red photo album (autographed by the guests) and accompanying flash drive were all factors that unequivocally convinced me that yes, Rob Cline is the BEST in the business! He is beyond compare!!!

The project was to find a professional resume writer who could create a resume and cover letter for a retiree with 25+ years of experience to apply for an administrative part-time position. I believe the comments below speak for themselves. First reaction, "WOW”. I really wasn't too optimistic that she would be able to take what I provided her and craft it in such a way to get so much information into 1 page. Of course my expectation was an improvement over what I provided, but she really took it to another level; I was amazed! To have someone who truly understands ... respects my feelings is absolutely priceless. From the very start Annyeong Consulting was quick to respond to my emails, clear about what I needed to do and good value for money. We are new to the USA so our tax return wasn't straight forward and I couldn't begin to understand how to do it. A number of years ago when I owned a small business I purchased a computer, but I was a total novice when it came to how to use it. I knew Mel worked with computers and he offered to sit with me and help me familiarize myself with mine. He came to my house and patiently taught me computer basics. Any time I ran into a problem or question about the equipment I could call him and he would always make himself available either by phone or he'd come to my home. Mel would still be my computer man if I had not moved so far away that it was now too inconvenient for him to come to my house.

My decision to hire StarAct LLP to handle my bookkeeping and to provide guidance to help maintain the overall health of my business, is one of the best decisions I have made since opening my business two years ago. I have had two other accountants who made huge mistakes with my books, were afraid of technology or were just plain unresponsive. Roland reached out to me right away when I posted my request on Thumbtack. He had positive reviews and a background check which are excellent signs. I am a Thumbtack vendor so I KNOW what to look for. He even went so far as to drive to my location in New Jersey from the Bronx to show me that he was serious about gaining my business. Roland got to work right away on assessing the condition of my books and had solutions within days. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of bookkeeping and tax preparation and has already helped me save money! StarAct uses the latest technology which makes it so easy for me to do my small part in the bookkeeping process. Within three weeks, StarAct had my 2015 books cleaned up and ready for tax time AND Roland came out to my location once again to review the books with me. The partners in this firm are all very well-educated and have a thriving accounting firm. Yet, they treat every client the same and make you feel like you are their most important client. They pride themselves on their level of service and responsiveness. Their rates are reasonable and fair. Based on StarAct's level of service, knowledge and responsiveness, my husband and I have decided to retain StartAct to handle our personal tax preparation and my husband plans to use StarAct for his own business as well. I would give StarAct 10 stars if I could!

We outlined some must-have's and preferences, then he worked to bring them to life. He made sure to included us in for input at mid-way points of the development process to ensure our satisfaction with the content build and over-all aesthetic. Gave realistic timelines for milestones along the way. Our site ended up looking like our mind's eye vision of it. Rowena is one of the most patient individuals that I know. Our company is years behind on our taxes and working with Rowena to get things in order has been terrific. We didn't have any accounting in place so she set us up with quickbooks online and is teaching us how to use it and is keeping us updated on her progress. We have a lot of accounts, bank and credit cards that we use for both personal and business so it was time to get a financial software. We are very pleased with quickbooks on line! We had to file an extension again but we know this will be the last time and we are so happy. Rowena is very professional and fair. Her commitment to her clients is very admirable! She's also very knowledgeable about all types of businesses (we are an NFP). We are learning daily from her and she's not one of those people who is concerned about billing someone for monies. I think she's a good fit for anyone looking to rebuild their company or brand from scratch or even looking for re-structure and on-going support.
