- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The clients get to participate in a referral program where they receive bonuses such as, free sessions or discounted sessions depending the amount of their referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The client goes through a free introductory session which consists of an initial assessment to find out their fitness levels, goals, body fat percentages as well as any past injuries/limitations. They will then be set up for their next session along with an email providing their nutritional goals and the results from their assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor's Degree in Phys. Ed. Global Fitness and Wellness, a current certification through the National Council on Strength and Fitness as well as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. I have 6+ years of training experience with various ages from aged 7+ up to seniors, aged 60-65 as well as various settings including commercial gyms, strength and conditioning gyms and clinical setting.
