Joshua was fantastic to work with overall. We needed some work in our kitchen done ASAP after things fell through with our previous contractor. He was able to get started right away, gave us a reasonable price, did great work, was always on time & reachable by phone, email or text. I would recommend him to anyone and look forward to working with him in the future on any work we need done. He is a self proclaimed perfectionist and it shows in his fantastic work.

Joshua installed a new bathroom fan/light fixture for me. He was very responsive and was over to my apartment within an hour of providing his quote and completed the job in a matter of minutes. All around great service and very friendly! Will be hiring him again in the future for more work.

He has redone totally my master bathroom. The work was impecable. The timing in which it was done totally as agreed. No need to be chasing him at all. Aside from doing the work, he gives you ideas and advise to make it look nicer. He goes well beyond the work it has been contracted. For example he helped me negotiate with a supplier the return of an expensive faucet, which I could not do myself. He is proud of his work and so he pays special attention to any detail. Extremely reliable. I will be using him in the upgrade of my second bathroom. It is a pleasure doing business with him.

Joshua has been very responsive and completes the jobs with great knowledge and professionalism. Josue (“Joshua”) is without question the most dishonest contractor I’ve encountered. He failed to file permits, hired unlicensed contractors, failed to pay subcontractors, fraudulently substituted cheaper materials than what were specified in the contract, walked off the job for weeks on end and after 12 months on what he quoted to be a 4 month job, I was forced to fire him. Since firing him, I’ve found countless issues with his shoddy work and spent more that $40k to correct issues with his work. RUN away from this con artist.
