- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend many fitness seminars and webinars, I read fitness journals and books, and continue my education through ACE.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a long time love of being active. After working many years at jobs that made me quite unhappy I decided to do something that helps others improve the quality of their lives and that I could be happy with doing.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One client was unable to do much activity after a bad hip injury. After being released from physical therapy she still had a lot of pain and difficulty moving throughout the day. With the program I designed for her, she has lost weight, is able to move more efficiently, and has had a significant reduction in pain.
