We had the fortune of having Zack as our inspector. He was very thorough, which was exactly what we were looking for in an inspector. I can not say enough great things about him as he was amazing!! He was extremely efficient and attentive. He spent a lot of time doing an amazing job and even making suggestions and recommendations for repairs. He even gave us rough estimate how much repairs would cost. The experience was fantastic because we now understand the property we are purchasing . Zack even did our termite inspection as well. He was not one of the inspectors recommended by my realtor but I am so glad I did my own research and went with him. We waited to after closing and after we moved in to leave our review just to make sure no new surprises arose.

Despite the unpleasant circumstance of having to deal with a mold situation recently, it was an absolute pleasure to have Mary Perricone in my home for a mold inspection. She is licensed, skilled, thorough and absolutely focused in her sample gathering. All that and more was reflected in the report that followed after her visit. I was surprised to read how detailed her observations were and how specific her recommendations. Given all that, I still would have to say her strongest asset is her strong power of observation. I never suspected she had such a keen eye for detail. She certainly searched in the most unlikely places for her air and mold samples, but they proved quite effective when I later read her report. Another great asset she demonstrated was her ability to listen to my concerns and address them. Mold is not a happy occurrence and she understood that. Mary Perricone, the go-to person for mold inspection, a real professional. I highly recommend her.

My inspection was very thorough, was done quickly and was very reasonably priced. I have also been pleased with the follow up after my inspection to let me know if there were any recalls related to the appliances in the home I purchased. Needed a last minute home inspection. A friend recommended Square One Professional Home Inspectors, I called them right up and he was able to coordinate an appointment to my schedule. The inspection lasted over an hour and they sent me the report the next day. Exactly what i needed. Very professional.
I found Ken on line among hundreds of home inspectors in NY. What called my attencion in his site ( Mercury) was the fact that he was the only one that had a sample of his reports. He's great! We set a visit in the property, and he warned me that he would need about 3 hours to do the job. After 1 hour the broker ( rude as hell) decided to close the property and Ken could not finish his work. Ken had no problem to come back 2 days later without any extra charges and finishes his job. His report is fantastic and as the house was winterized Ken gave a discount as he could not check the plumbing and eletric systems. Ken is honest, reliable and professional. Gil Malamut
