The Diplomat did not follow instructions. He did play most of the music on the playlists. He was spoken to several times but continued to do otherwise. Extremely impatient thruout the entire party. Greetings Diane: I had only honor and respect for you and your family! I listened to your daughter Cinthia (her 50th birthday) when she said play different songs. She said play songs for her nieces and nephews and what they wanted. She also said play house music and I did. The complaints were because I was playing the songs on your list. Your family's taste in music was/is more diverse than your playlist. One Star is malicious and totally inappropriate. And I made the extra effort for your daughter Cinthia to tell you in my presence that she and the guest wanted songs different from what was on the list. Your list contained great songs but you family wanted different songs. I admit that it was a little bizarre because your family had a ton of complaints about Teddy Prendergass "Get Up Get Down Get Funky Get Loose" and this is a great song and a song on your list. Bizarre! I'll send you a list of the songs I played to compare to your list. I played most of your list. The Diplomat

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The Diplomat gives a 10% discount off of the quoted price to Seniors, School Teachers, Veterans, Government (City, County, State, Federal) Employees, Student Organization's, , and Non-Profits. The Diplomat also provides a 10% discount to a repeat customer with a second event within 365 days and a 20% discount to a repeat customer with a third event within 365 days of the first event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Being a good listener pays dividends. The Diplomat is flexible and encourages customers to be as creative as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was reared (raised) to love FFAMILY'S, Friends, and Community and Community includes the diverse World Community where we have the opportunity to3 respect different cultures. The Diplomat is a Community Worker and Volunteer and uses the name "The Diplomat44" because "The Diplomat" reflects or captures my personality and vision. I believe that all of my clients are Community, Friends, and Family!
