Ray put together a tv stand and barstools, and effectively repaired a dresser for me. I couldn't have asked for a better craftsman. Ray has been in construction for 40 years and is a member of the carpenter's union. He attains perfection in assembling and repairing furniture. I was ready to throw out a broken, poorly machined dresser. Ray was creative in finding solutions to the problems. He wasn't satisfied with any of his work until it was perfect. He even was able to assemble a barstool that had pieces that didn't fit together because of poor machining. He came with tools for any job and the knowledge of how to use them. He fixed both a barstool and a dresser that had parts that didn't match by using his tools to adapt them to perfection. He also charged a flat rate that was far less than the job was worth. I gladly gave him significantly more money then he had quoted due to both his expertise and his sociable personality. Obviously, I give him my highest recommendation.
