We certainly appreciated that the Platinum agents dropped everything else on their schedule to immediately deal with our emergency. They arrived within ten minutes of promised arrival time, and immediately went to work, transporting the furniture boxes to the assembly location. The two gentlemen were very professional in working collectively to install and assemble my furniture. They put together a sofa, love seat, armchair and table in less than two hours; thoroughly cleaned and removed all of the boxes and packing materials, without having to be asked; and, worked quietly, being considerate of the fact that the hour was late. The completed work was excellent and the cost for their labor reasonable. When I need additional handy-work to be done on the property, this organization will be the first one that I will try to contact and hire. Thank you, Platinum for your courteous and superior service! My apartment looks so much cleaner. This company is very professional and after one cleaning I'm totally satisfied. My first cleaning was a deep cleaning and in a few days I'll have my first regular cleaning. The lady who cleaned was punctual, thorough, and neat. So far, excellent!
Milton was excellent--I gave him a laundry list of small things around the house to do (fixing our garage door openers, changing some light bulbs) as well as assembling some children's beds and he did all the tasks very quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. I highly recommend him. He's great!
Julia and her team came by today and gave my apartment the deep cleaning I didn't even know it needed. I am a male living alone in a 1000 sq ft apartment, and I thought I had my bachelor pad kept up. Well..... They cleaned every corner, the appliances, my scary oven and even scarier fridge. I noted that I have sensitive dust allergies, and they went and cleaned my crusty bathroom air vent, even on top of the cabinet that I never see. The bathroom hardware sparkles, the window sills are clean, they even cleaned my computer case and cleaned up scuff marks my leather office chair left on the wall. Some services do only mopping, sweeping and swiffering. Not Julia's... they did for my apartment what the car detailer did for my ride. On top of all of this, Julia's insistence that she likes everything "clean clean clean and organized" meant that with time to spare, her and the team rearranged my messy clutter. Stuff on tables, the sofa, the bed, even my spare room with boxes and storage was organized into neatness as well. Clean is one thing, but proper organization is a whole new level. I'm almost embarassed about how much my apartment needed cleaning and reorganizing and I'm glad Julia and her team came in and just crushed it. Hers is not the first service to come in my place, but it will be the last. Very, very, very highly recommended and I won't have anyone else come in from now on. Thanks Julia!!!
Marilyn was wonderful to work with! She came in immediately and jumped right in. She has an exact science to her methodology of organization. It was wonderful. Along the way she also provided tools that would assist me in keeping the closet organized moving forward. She was great.

Couldn't say more good things about Lois. She was super responsive and worked around my crazy schedule. I needed a customized cushion to create a reading nook area in my room and not only did she build the perfect (affordable) cushion, but also has a great design eye and helped with valuable input for my very much WIP room. I hired "Reliable Organization Services" to help me with the insane amount of clutter I had in my room especially my closet. Ebony and her team were very organized, hard working and very professional. It was a lot of work as it was two day job but Ebony was always very helpful, punctual and responsive. I was feeling very overwhelmed when thinking of all the clutter that I had to clear but Ebony made this process as smooth and stress free as possible. Ebony and her team were very thorough and extremely helpful. I'm so thankful for their help! I would highly recommend Ebony and her team to anyone.
Diane is very professional, courteous, and personable. I hired her to help organize my closets to serve multiple purposes. She offered great suggestions right away and helped me strategically plan the spaces for the future. She even helped me do a quick re-organization of my bedroom closet and desk during our first meeting. Ten minutes later it was a much more serene and functional bedroom and showed me the potential of how my space could work better for me. Great cleaning service, my entire house was spotless and neatly tidied. The cleaners showed up on time, if not earlier, and did a very thorough job. They pride in being clean and you can see it in the quality of their job.
Nikelsi was great! She was very professional, and even asked if I'd like her to come early because she happened to have a cancellation and knew I was under a time crunch. For the price, she did just as good of a job if not better than companies we've paid more for. Definitely would recommend!

Claudia came in to do an initial assessment and returned with a sense of purpose. Our objective was to bring a sense of organization to my kids' space. She made a concerted effort to include me in the process - think "teach a man to fish". Because of this, we were able to "let go" of things that were no longer useful and focus on retaining those items most important to us. As a result, we have an organized space that is easy to maintain.

Extreme Organizer was a huge help before my wedding! A few weeks before, I was overwhelmed with all the remaining tasks that seemed to keep piling up, as most brides are. Extreme Organizer helped me calm down and focus. She was very friendly. She helped me create the to do list and prioritize tasks, then complete them. She was creative and helped with the favors (mints in a cute pouch), and put them together. We had many different items to take to the venue like decorations and supplies for vendors. She organized all the items in different bins and labeled them. She did a fantastic job with everything and took a lot of the pressure off in prepping for the wedding, so I could stay focused on the big picture and excitement of marrying my soul mate! 😊 After the wedding, my husband and I were moving into a new house. We called Extreme Organizer to help us again. She helped with packing and getting us settled in to our new home. We are grateful for her expertise and help!
