I've had some nagging injuries that prevented me from playing the sports I love as well as get back ink shape. Not only has my golf game gotten tremendously better, but I'm back to the weight I was at in college. Jaisen is highly professional and has this ability to motivate and inspire. Best decision I made in 2015. I can't wait to achieve the new fitness goals we've set together going forward. Skip the meat head workouts with other personal trainers. Jaisen is a home run!!

One word: Transformative. If I were asked to name one person who "brought the groove back" to training, it would be Kadian (a.k.a. Niko) 1. Professional 2. Knows what he's doing and talking about. He is a science guy buy doesn't make you listen to a whole science lecture while you're trying to get the position right and count your reps (unlike some trainers.) 3. Listens to your individual needs, and will adjust accordingly 4. Approachable, motivational, and most importantly, makes you look forward to your next session! I've always dreaded working with trainers, but love going to the gym generally (machines used to be heaven!). But I needed to stir things up and my routine was getting too boring, and thankfully, I was sent this angel to guide me. Location is great for me and I look forward to our next session.
Greg is the ultimate professional honestly the most professional trainer I've ever met and I've met many "trainers". Greg made me feel very comfortable starting with our first email. He pushes me through my workout in such a positive way that I'm surprised at what I am capable of doing. Extremely happy. We will be working together for a long time.

For the longest time I have been an avid runner and managed to keep my weight down without a gym or trainer. After experiencing shin pain and neglecting my upper body I sought out a trainer. After a 'functional movement assessment' I was prescribed exercises to correct imbalances from chronic running and it has helped me alleviate my shin splints and increase my upper body strength which even relieved my carpal tunnel pains. BONUS: boxing workouts & yoga!!
I found Maik through Thumbtack, never having worked with a trainer before. I am not a gym person, and never have been. But I decided to make a change this year, and he has really helped. I choose him because he seemed to really know his stuff, and he does. He is friendly, with no attitude, and really wants you to succeed. He is also very thorough. He is always checking up on how you are doing, and providing homework to do on the weekends. He also provided me with a diet that I found easy to follow and one that has also given me more energy, and stamina. If you are looking for a qualified, friendly and very thorough trainer, I can't recommend him enough.

Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.

I started working out with Ian a few years ago based on a friend's recommendation. After years of working out with other trainers and not getting the results I was looking for I was somewhat reluctant. I decided to give Ian a try and within a few weeks I began to see results. At this point in my life I'm probably in the best shape of my life. I think the key to the success and what I like most about Ian is that he is not just a one trick pony. He was able to customize my workout routine to meet my personal needs. So many other trainers would just give me the same routine they used for their other clients and it never felt right to me. Ian had a good grasp on the various techniques and supplements his workouts with recommendations on healthy eating. He also holds me accountable but without being too pushy. I would recommend Ian to anyone who is looking to get results from their workouts.

i have been training with Brenda for 9 months now and she is great! Before Brenda, I did have a very good trainer in another city but then I moved to NYC, so I knew what the standard was for someone who would push you but also understand your personal needs and tailor the workout to make sure you are satisfied. I used Thumbtack to find a trainer and read positive reviews about Brenda and decided to give it a try--she has lived up to all expectations. Her schedule is flexible so she can meet you when and where is best for you (some trainers' schedules are too packed and if you're 5 minutes late, they take 5 min off the end of your session, or do not let you reschedule a session without giving you a hard time). She tailors the workouts so if you want to do something on a particular day or are feeling a bit sore in one area, she will work around that but still make sure you are getting an intense workout. Brenda is friendly and personable to talk to and will advise you on anything from nutrition to specific workout regimens to improve a muscle group. It's important to find a trainer who you really get along with and feel comfortable around, and I have found it very easy to work with Brenda. I'm 100% satisfied--highly recommended!
Ratul is the best trainer I've ever had an the best bang for the buck! Unlike the other trainers that I've encountered, Ratul makes sure that I get the best workout in and is not a clock watcher. He is constantly checking in with me by texts and in his food tracking app to make sure I'm staying on plan. I wholeheartedly recommend him!
Kevin is truly a ' best in world' trainer. I can't say enough about Kevin but please read this and hopefully you'll have a better idea of how he has changed my life on a very personal level. I have severe health issues and take lots of medicine. My doctors told me i need to work out with someone who can handle the complexities of my case to build bone density and I was lucky enough to find Kevin. He is like a personal trainer, chiro, physical therapist and friend all wrapped up on one. He is so committed to helping me have the best quality of life and so well versed on many things I trust him implicitly and consider him part of the core team working to make me better. I've had the oppty to work with trainers in many states who were all supposedly the best and can say that Kevin is in a league of his own. He is so creative and comes up with a different ways to challenge me, make it fun, change it up, incorporate things to help build core and posture overall and bring things into the mix like boxing that he knows I really like. I truly look forward to our sessions and always feel better afterwards, it's been great to see the progress and my doctors are thrilled that I was so lucky to find him- he has blown away any expectations. Whether you have health challenges or are training for the army or wanna look good for your wedding or the summer bathing suit season Kevin will not only help you achieve your goals but will quickly become part of your way of life. I can't say enough about Kevin and his dedication, expertise, continual desire to learn more ways to help and just being a cool guy and easy to laugh with-if you are lucky enough like me to work with Kevin you should jump at the oppty! Ed is a great trainer, he listens to your needs and works with you to accomplish your goals. He's also incredibly nice and kind, gets to know everyone at the gym and really makes you feel more comfortable
I started with Chris a few weeks ago. He has helped me get back into a gym schedule and I've definitely been feeling stronger already. He also gave me a couple home workouts to do on my own which is super helpful on the days I get stuck late at the office and can't get to the gym. Glad I made the commitment to finally start training!
Kirsten is an amazing trainer/coach. I asked her for help to lose post-baby stomach/fat but she has gone far above that. She employs great and varying routines and stresses the need for balance in your workouts (i.e. not just losing stomach fat) - which I have learned is so critical to re-shaping your body. Kirsten has been so helpful in correcting and teaching me how to perform the correct postures, and also takes time to explain the purpose of each training so that our home sessions can be more productive and efficient in a limited time. I have tried other training at gyms and by watching YouTube/DVDs myself but it was not particularly helpful. But Kirsten is very knowledgeable and encouraging, and much better than other trainers I have worked with at other various gyms and clubs.
I hired Lauren to help me fix my coordination, teach me how to properly workout while dealing with my back pain. I had several trainers prior, however, I never had the one who catered to me the way Lauren does. From teaching me how to use different muscles group of my body to completely improving my overall life by 2000%. She approached me as a person who needed help, as an individual and not just someone who could been fit under cookie-cutter method. She literally changed my life. From nutrition to stretching, to teaching me how to properly work out - she does it all. I am a vegan/vegetarian, so she continually teaches me how to improve my diet by providing solid advice. Id worked out plenty before meeting Cody but had not done so in some time when I met him. In a matter of months he helped me shed the extra pounds and drove me to achieve even more. My waist shrank a few inches as my muscles grew. From the beginning we worked out outside taking advantage of the local parks. I had always considered weightlifting to be a boring type of exercise but now looked forward to working out because it was completely different than holing up in the gym. Training sessions with Cody are intense from start to finish, well-planned, and personalized for my specific goals, abilities, and objectives. I've lost 40 pounds, lost 5 inches from my waist and gained great muscle tone. I am extremely motivated and more energetic as a result.
