Jaisen is amazing. In our introduction session he took the time to understand my lifestyle, tested my fitness levels (shamefully low) and put together a customized training and nutrition plan. He is attentive and watchful, immediately noting and providing modifications to exercises as may be needed to suit your individual health condition. His style is motivation and coaching combined with a dose of wry humor, which works very well for me. I look forward to becoming fitter under his guidance!
Adrienn is my hero. I ordered a dress online and was surprised to find that the "built in bra" was just two floating cups between two layers of lace. I contacted Adrienn and she agreed to help. Rather than fix the weird top, she is building a completely new one for less than the alterations would have been. She has been great to work with. As a plus-sized bride there is always trepidation about dealing with fashion folk. She has been warm and non-judgemental and I think she will make me look beautiful on my wedding day. I highly recommend her, her studio in NJ is lovely and personal and worth the drive.
I used Rhonda as a Personal Trainer after years of not exercising. She is great! She knows the anatomy and physiology of the body and helped me gain strength and toned my body. And she has a wonderful spirit.
I wasn't sure how coaching worked and if it would be for me. I was a little shy at first to reach out and talk to someone I didn't really know. After working with Judy, I was able to really express my true thoughts and feelings regarding topics I could barely tell anyone else. Evis has been my personal trainer for 4 months now and I have seen results in that time. His easy going and has a friendly personality that creates relaxed comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout different, challenging and most importantly, fun! I've learned a lot on kick boxing specially on how to kick properly, the different types of punches and how to block punches and kicks. He knows just how and when to encourage and when to push. I definitely recommend him without reservation. 👊

I bought a package of personal training sessions and it’s the best thing I’ve done in ages! I could never get those results on my own. I’ve really surprised myself at how far I’ve come and how much stronger and fitter I am in just a few weeks. I’ve been terrible at sticking to my diet and I’ve still lost inches and even better I feel so much firmer, more alert and healthier. I was planning on only doing a couple of weeks training before a holiday but I’m definitely going to keep going when I get back. I am usually a total cynic with this stuff but honestly, if you want to get fit, get in shape or just get stronger and healthier I couldn’t recommend this more.

Having met Dr. Anna is one of the best things that's ever happened to me. I had been in therapy for over a decade with various counselors, but now I know the difference between a therapist and a Therapist. She is warm, compassionate and creative, no two sessions are the same, and she seems to have an incredible repertoire of techniques at her disposal. She is always goal-oriented, makes sure that results are really happening, and always explains everything so clearly as you have never heard and never understood before. She has the greatest sense of humor, her academic knowledge is amazing, and her fine-tuned sensitivity boarders on the mystical. Yet she is always funny, down to earth, and real. I've never laughed so much in therapy sessions before! :-) I am so grateful, ... because I am finally discovering what "free" and "happy" really mean!

Personal training for the family Ed has been the personal trainer of my family for a while now and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He has a wonderful personality and helped us not only with exercising but has given professional nutritional advice which has had a great impact on my energy levels. I'm a young mum and after birth had put weight on and had constant back pain; Ed is helping me get back in shape, tighten up the muscles after pregnancy and strengthening my body to help me with back pain. The results have been fantastic as my back pain has gone and I am starting to see my abdominal muscles coming back so it couldn’t be better. Also, he is a fantastic swim instructor for my 2 year old son. Our main aim is getting him comfortable in the water and pool safety training. Ed's great at understanding how to keep a toddler’s attention and our boy is constantly asking for his next swim class as he really enjoys it. We highly recommend Ed; hugely professional always a pleasure to have a session with him.
Very excellent Reikki sessions! I was VERY relaxed and comfortable with her. She is amazing and professional and always gives me as much time as I need. I would recommend her for 1st timers and those who've been going long term! What a gentle soul! So extremely effective! I hope to also get more of her distant Reikki sessions! They are just as effective!
The last thing I wanted to do was make myself vulnerable to a personal trainer. After years of being laid up from injuries and illnesses, my weight was up and I was in the worst shape of my life. The thought of being weighed, measured and evaluated was enough to make me sick to my stomach, but I needed help. From the minute I met Kelly, I was completely at ease. Her positive attitude, her compassion and understanding, along with her ability to push her clients beyond their self-imposed limitations, are just a few of the reasons she is amazing. After a few months of working with her on a regular basis, I lost inches and got stronger. Unfortunately my weight and energy levels were still fluctuating. Kelly helped me overhaul my diet in a way I never thought possible. It wasnt easy giving up sugar, diet sodas and lots of processed diet foods, but she helped me find a way of eating that works for me long term. In addition to losing weight, I now have relief from chronic pain and insomnia, plus more energy than ever. What I love about Kelly is that she isnt focused on getting me to be the skinniest I can possibly be. Her focus is getting me to be strong, fit and healthy - to work out and eat real food in a way that promotes long term wellness. Her approach is kind and effective, with results that exceed your expectations.
Provided with personal training. It was great, learned how to better my technique for certain workouts. Learned where some of my weak points are on my body and how to work on improving them. Also felt challeneged when doing the workouts which I liked. Also scheduling sessions was always easy and worked in nicely with my own personal schedule.
Justin is a true pro. Very valuable coaching in preparation for a business presentation I was giving. He asked good questions to understand the context of the situation and tailored his coaching to that specific opportunity. Great insights on the importance of the physical/mental connection needed to help make a successful speech. Always on time. I highly recommend Justin to any interested in improving their public speaking skills.
I hired Steve as my personal trainer two years ago to help me take off 110 lbs. He was training me three times a week and coaching me on how to eat. We were showing some progress but I was still having problems with self control in regards to my eating. Since Steve is also a nationally certified Hypnotherapist he did hypnotherapy for weight loss and that finally did the trick. I finally took off the weight, increased my energy and lowered my blood pressure ! Besides this I hired Steve around the same time to train my 87 year old dad who has age related issues. Steve met with my dad once a week for a year before he moved down to Florida, my dad always enjoyed the sessions while Steve always played some great music during those sessions. Now that my dad moved down to Florida he misses those sessions with Steve. I highly recommend him as he knows what he is doing ,very professional and cares He is also training people at any age. Mike is a great trainer. He provides workouts that are challenging to keep you sore after each session and encourages you to work out on your own by providing online personal training. In addition he’s incredibly flexible about scheduling.
