I made an error when I thought the e-mail confirmation was from Smooth Running. When I called the next day I found out that it was not their fault and they were here within an hour and the technician went above the call of duty. I still have a problem, but it is because the house is old and is a multiple family unit and I had no control over what the tenants put down their drains. I would definitely recommend this company!
