FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price that is listed is for coming out and mounting the tv to the wall. The mounting bracket is sold separately, I carry a variety of different types of brackets for different situations on my truck that are available. I also carry HDMI cables, LED light kits, soundbar brackets, and other accessories on my truck that are available. We offer different options for wire concealment also, prices vary depending on what has to be done for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first usually ask a few questions so I can get an idea of the situation. First is there an electric outlet where they want the tv or within the confines of the tv space? Do they want concealment strips to hide the wires or wires in the wall? What type of mount was they considering, a flat one, a tilt one or one that moves? Do they have a cable box or are they streaming? Last I usually ask for a picture of the wall area so I can see for myself then I usually make recommendations on what I think will look the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We worked for a company that was a sub contractor for Best Buy Geek Squad and Amazon Home Installation Services and Walmart doing tv installation as well as other smart home device setups. We are Ring product certified also, we had to pass a ring training course on all their products.
