From the initial consultation, to the design phase/digital drawings, then finally, to the custom quality building project phase: Jay effectively communicated through every step of the process, and he listened and was attentive to my every wish, in converting my basement to include additional living space. I connected with them over the weekend and someone was at my place to provide an estimate on Monday. Jay was knowledgeable and helpful. I had an estimate the next day and was scheduled to get my bathroom shower door installed that Friday. Jay came back to do the project and worked all day to make sure it was completed. Provided me instructions on the next 24hr process. It looks beautiful and I’m glad to have worked with Vision Konect.
