- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For therapy only : I am an out of network provider for most insurance companies. You pay for the services provided and I will provide you with the paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if applicable. All others : Otherwise, my pricing is not complicated. I do charge more for driving to you, but only enough to pay for the gas/tolls. I do offer military/first responder discounts. Just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first want to get to know you and where you are at. I want to get to know how you learn, what you need and what you want. I am honest with you, you are paying for help, not a friend. I will employ state of the art therapeutic techniques to help you achieve awesome results. You will employ the work necessary to accomplish your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The field mandates that I continue my education. This is not an issue for me as I love to learn new things and learn about how to better help you. I am constantly in training, reading, researching, and working with fellow experts to improve the mental health industry.
