I have never been more comfortable with a contractor, than I was with Paul and his crew. They were very careful in my home, covered things so paint would not get on them,and his wife is a joy to speak with, she is very informed on all services that they provide and she asked all the right questions. You did a fantastic job painting my house.You scraped and prepared. You identified structural problems and instituted repairs. The finished product is just beautiful. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a job in Philly, that included custom tile work and full room to room house painting. Because of this job, we got on the map with angies list. My tile setter did such a great job with the custom tile shower stall, I was so proud of his work. My husband an excellent painter, really payed attention to detail and did an awesome job..my carpet guy Charlie...awesome job!! We got a great crew of guys who really care about the work they do!! I am sooo proud of them..excellent job guys.. They really make the company what it is today.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any homeowner should always hire a licenced and insured professional. A licenced and insured contractor has had a criminal background check done. Any person that is not licenced more than likely has a criminal record and that places you and your family at risk. Also, I suggest that you buy materials for your job yourself, we will of course tell you what you need and this is because most contractors charge an additional 10% to buy your materials for you. Don't pay to much, get them yourself and always check your receipts from contractors and do the math. Also, always get a written contract from your contractor, this protects you and your home. Without a written contract you could end up paying more for work you did not ask for. A written contract in detail describes the work to be performed, payment arrangements and so on.
