Showed up on Thursday to fix the AC. Gave me an estimate of the job and diagnosis. As soon as I paid the requested $750 via Zelle, they left to guy buy "special" freon.
They returned on Friday with the special stuff, but found that a "special" part needed to be ordered because the system was still not cooling.
They had an all day long job in NYC on Saturday, and returned after 9pm to put in the "special" part.
Whatever they did, they damaged the condenser which had been working perfectly fine before they ever came.
They kept my 750 and did not refund my money, are ignoring my requests for a refund and have damaged my condenser.
Do not hire.
