What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an appointment with the new client to go over all there needs and expectations. We go over budget, materials and estimated time. Then, I sent an estimate and follow-up on any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 plus years on the job! OSHA safety certified.
