We needed a lawyer for my son who had ARD. Other lawyers that we contacted wanted payment over the phone that day. Brian waited for my son to call him, he made him feel comfortable and relieved about his case. He made time on a Saturday to meet with him.
I recently received a green card recently and because of Minwon involvement, the process run very smoothly. My case might not have been very complex, however it really helped having somebody experienced managing it. I am Polish national and I entered the US under L1A visa from London, UK. I got married to the American national whom I met in London and we moved together to NYC. I was nervous my company might terminate me prior my green card gets approved. Minwon explained a few scenarios to me and that put me at ease. In addition, it was imperative to me being able to travel outside of the USA while waiting for green card - obtaining travel documents and Employment Authorization Card was well worth it . I managed to stay in active L1A status through out the process which made the interview itself easier, but being fully prepared and aware of risk helped. I am a busy person, having somebody independent to organize all the paperwork ( A LOT OF IT) was very helpful. I felt like I could trust Minwon and in my opinion his services are very reasonably priced. The whole process from date of filing till the interview took 6 months. I was advised during the interview my case has been approved and I received physical green card a few weeks later. I would recommend Minwon Services to anybody seeking independent immigration support.
She was amazing at walking me through the whole process. I'm self-employed so I had a hard time doing my own taxes. I'm sure to go back to this young lady in the future!
Dr Tamara is a great immigration lawyer that has helped me through the entire process of obtaining a visa for stay in the US. Since our initial consultation, she was clear with all the steps of my visa application and has been patient and informative with all my questions regarding this process. She is very experienced in immigration and has given me guidance every step of the way with my application. I highly recommend her to others looking for a professional to oversee any sort of legal proceedings with immigration law. -Jef Q.
Mr. Wynn, Darryl helped me to obtain humanitarian parole for my brother. As i was suffering from kidney disease and needed a kidney transplant, my brother was the only donor available, but he lived overseas. In spite of all documents presented to the embassy, my brother was refused visa (3) times. It was Darryl Wynn, who put great effort and expertise in successfully obtaining parole for my brother. I am extremely happy with the legal service he provided to me. Also, he is great with communication. I was able to talk to him directly on his cell phone and he always made him available, even in weekends.
The Law Office of Dorothea Lockhart handled my H1B visa for me through my company. The attorney provided very good service. I must say it was also very convenient since no office visits were needed. My visa was approved for the full 3 years with another 3 year extension available. Ms. Lockhart is a definitely an expert in the immigration law and I give her my HIGHEST recommendation.
Me and my fiancé's journey towards getting my fiancé visa was not an easy venture. We faced a lot of challenges, bumps along the road and detours along the way. We surely needed help and with the referral from my friend whom Atty. Ken has also handled their case and helped them get their visa, we were able to get Atty. Ken as our immigration lawyer and after that, everything fell into place. And this is our story.... Me and my fiancé (Who is my husband now by the way) were College sweethearts. We were already at the 7th year of our relationship when my fiancé got his US citizenship and at last was able to sponsor me for fiancé visa. So we hired an immigration lawyer to guide us appropriately in our processing (Note: It was a different lawyer because at that time, we didn't know about Atty. Ken yet). What I felt not right with our previous lawyer was that during our preparation for filing and throughout the processing, everything felt vague. Instructions were not as clear and we were not systematically told what to expect and so I have to search and read about the visa processing to make sure everything is set. I had my doubts when we sent our application because I know that one of the requirements was to see your fiancé within 2 yrs and me and my fiancé have not yet seen each other for 2 yrs and 6 months but the lawyer said it was okay since my fiancé will be visiting me in the Philippines by October 2015 and we sent and filed our application by September 2015. Well, it turned out to be a bad move and seven months later, by April 2016, my fiancé received a letter from the USCIS that said our application has been denied. Our previous lawyer wasn't able to help us at all. Time, effort and money wasted. But as the saying goes, there's light at the end of the tunnel and fortunately, we found ours not too long from the day we heard the bad news. My friend told me about their lawyer and how great he is and very systematic and organized in handling their visa application. His name was ATTY. KEN GARCIA. My friend gave us his email address and so we contacted him and my fiancé went to his office. Atty. Ken was very accommodating and kind, you can easily talk to him and feel at ease. We told him about our situation and we asked if what are the steps we can do to remedy the problem and Atty. Ken gave us concise options and systematic steps to follow. What I liked about Atty. Ken was that he is very clear with his instructions- neatly and systematically laid out for us to comprehend easily. We can contact him anytime whenever we have questions and he responds in a timely manner which is very convenient for me since we have different time zones - I'm in the Philippines at that time and he's in the US and we communicate through email. With my Fiancé visa, it only took 4 months to process everything, we submitted our application by June and by August, thanks to Atty. Ken who was meticulous with ensuring that all our documents are complete and appropriate, our petition was approved. After that, he gave me a step-by-step process on what to do and what to expect with the next steps to take during my medical exam and embassy interview. By October, I was approved and good to go! Yes, it was an ecstatic feeling! Me and my fiancé imagined that happening so many times before but could not actually believe that it was actually happening at the moment, it all felt like a dream. A dream come true, indeed! By December 2016, I arrived here in the US and got married to my fiancé. By February 2017, we were able to submit the documents for my permanent resident application. Big thanks to Atty. Ken who have always given us convenience when it comes to handling our paperworks. He prepares everything, he gives us questionnaires thru email ahead of time that we need to answer and then he sends us the already filled out documents and all we need to do is check if all the details are exact and correct and sign it. And once everything is set, he mails our documents and informs us every now and then for any updates. By May, I received my Working permit and we (me and my husband) were surprised that by August I received my greencard! In just 6 months, I became a permanent resident here in the US. It was such a very happy moment for us. We were not expecting it since we were waiting for my interview for my permanent resident application but it seems that Atty. Ken really did a great job in helping us prepare all the needed documents to submit that was very satisfactory that I didn't undergo an interview anymore. I am very thankful that Atty. Ken has been our lawyer. Since day 1, he has been with us, guiding us all throughout the way from my Fiancé visa application until I got here in the US and also with my greencard application and now I am a US permanent resident. Kudos to Atty. Ken! - April and Ken
Steve (and Daisy) is (are) excellent. We went to them to process our immigration paperwork in application for a green card. He is extremely easy to work with and accommodating; very professional and experienced. Our paperwork is now in the mail!
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Qadeer and his team on three separate issues and I've been pleasantly surprised with the amount of dedication and hard work they've put in my case all three times. I applied for my green card renewal a year ago and I was scared of the outcome as I had a criminal history, but Mr. Qadeer and his team put together a great application package and the process went smoothly. I worked with them to get my criminal records expunged recently and yet again my case was handled in a very professional way and I am extremely satisfied with how things went. I was punctually updated on every single mail that was received/delivered and about the status of my case. I recently applied for my naturalization and I had no doubt that I'd get through the process smoothly because I knew I was in good hands. Today, I am a US citizen all thanks to this amazing team. I highly recommend Omar Qadeer's Law Firm to anyone who's looking for legal help regarding the concerned matters. Their rates are very reasonable and I find it very convenient that they offer payment plans. All in all, I'm very pleased with Mr. Qadeer and his team - especially Andre, who is very thorough and has always pointed me in the right direction with his advice. Can't thank the whole team enough for their hard work, dedication and for making things so much easy for me.
I consulted Kate for legal advice on the visa interview and border entry. Of the many immigration attorneys that I consulted on this issue, Kate was by far the most helpful and professional. Kate was perfect for an issue like this that involved several moving parts and required time-sensitive action, and she has been prompt and deeply empathetic to my concerns. I also appreciate the prudence with which she handled my case. Never would she gloss over worst possible outcomes or leave me with on-the-spot answers. In the rare case that she was unsure about an answer to my question, she took the time to research the case and got back to me, usually within the next day or two. I could not recommend Kate highly enough.
My wife and I recently hired Nicole Hartnett to help us with our paperwork for my wife's change of immigration status, and Nicole was excellent! She went above and beyond to help walk us through the process and ensure that all of my wife's paperwork came through exactly when we needed it. We absolutely recommend Nicole to anyone needing help with immigration paperwork!
Make a consultation with Atty. Shepelsky, it will be worth it! She was very diligent in working on my traffic case and kept me posted throughout the entire process. She was concerned about my case and assured me that she would do her best to get the most favorable outcome. She was successful in getting my case dismissed which was better than I could have even hoped for.
A huge thanks to Ms. Tseitlin for all the help and expert advice in this immigration process. I honestly believe that we could not have done it without her help. I remember an immigration lawyer I talked to some time ago telling me that I had a very little chance of getting my papers. I am super pleased with Alexandra Tseitlin for all her diligence, commitment and dedication to work We made it!
I received a free and informative consultation that helped me understand the process. I was always treated with professionalism and was happy with the quality of the work. I have recommendedy other families to use this firm for their papers too.
I am very satisfied. Mr. Rendina accommodated my needs by coming to my home to provide legal services to my and my 95 year old Mother. I am glad that he came, understood the legal matter at hand and took control and relieved me of the worries I am facing. Thank you Domonick
This law office was very thorough , efficient. Always called me back. Made me feel comfortable that my divorce process was in good hands. I would definitely recommend.
Mr Urso sat down with me for over 30 min, explained thoroughly the process & what I would need to have in place while his firm file my citizenship application. His price was very reasonable, he's the one of the nicest person you could ever meet. Thank you Mr Urso.
Nerissa is a great lawyer to work with. I highly recommend her!! In 2015, I applied for H1B but did not get the lottery; therefore I reached out Coan Law Offices for help with my O1 application. Literally, Nerissa gathered and organized all my materials in less than three weeks! What I appreciate most about working with Nerissa is that she takes your case seriously. She responded fast in my email or phone, and guild me through Visa application. Even after I got my O1 Visa, she is willing to help me and answer questions for my new job. That being said, you can really count on her! I am grateful to have met Nerissa and happy that I got my Visa.
It is the best I loved her way of working the good communication about how the whole process was going I am very grateful for her good work in my case that was so difficult.
She took care of my husband's case when I filed for him! She's a kind and professional attorney that always was taking an extramile to fulfill all USCIS requiriments and she kept m posted the whole process! Thanks!
They handled two separate cases for me. One involving a Superior court matter and another was a local municipal matter. Their attorneys and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, and they were always quick to respond. They were also helping in explaining every step of the process. I've used them for multiple cases and I would absolutely use them again.
