- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Pricing is always fair and very hard to beat! Willing to give Seniors (65+) a 10% discount because I know how hard it can be on a fixed income.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same process as for all customers-- Informing the customer of the problem. What's needed to resolve the problem. Making sure they are satisfied with the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College; Tech School (Lincoln Technical Institute). Course of study: Heating, Air conditioning, and Refrigeration technology.
