Introduction: I am a tutor with over 18 years of experience. I have been a teacher with The Princeton Review since August of 1995. In that time, I have taught hundreds of SAT courses and hundreds of SAT students from all scoring ranges. I became a SAT master trainer in 1998. I select and qualify others to train and tutor for the SAT. My additional accomplishments include co-author of The Princeton Review's "Vocabulary Challenge" iPhone app, author of The Princeton Review's College Admissions Smart Manual, and contributing author of the book 11 Practice SATs. The subjects that I tutor include the following: * PSAT * SAT (reading, writing, and math) * SAT subjects tests (math levels I and II and literature) * ACT * ISEE/SSAT * College admissions advising * GMAT Some fun facts about me are I am left-handed; I can juggle; and I have done stand-up comedy seven times throughout the state of NJ. I look forward to working with you.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Tutoring for SAT, ACT, SAT, SSAT/ISEE, and SAT subject tests.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Before you hire any test prep tutor, ask about what type of feedback can be provided to monitor progress. A student needs to take at least 4 full-length practice tests during the tutoring, but just taking the test is not enough... there needs to be detailed analysis as to why the student got the score that he or she got. That is truly the only way to improve; find the areas that are weak and work on them.
