Our unique method of instruction uses the martial arts to teach: focus, discipline, teamwork, confidence, discipline, self-control, fitness, balance and coordination. Have been training at Krav Maga Pitman for 8 months. I really enjoy the classes and have gained a tremendous amount of confidence in my ability to defend myself. Another benifit is that I have also dropped a few pounds. I would highly recommend KMP to anyone looking for quality instruction.

Like your workouts, your goal is to expand your knowledge, learn new skills, and perfect what you have learned in the quickest amount of time possible. Here are great tips for improving your homework time: *Plan your homework schedule – Set a time, start on time and concentrate on your homework 100 percent. * Homework Area – Have a nice homework area with everything you need easily available. * Plan your work – Put each subject and assignment in order and complete each task accordingly. * Block distractions – Watch out for the TV, phone, or people distracting you.
