It appears that you have failed to follow instructions. My services are offered mobile, on location and corporate events. Katie, your area code indicates that you are in New York which requires me to prep and plan travel. After initial contact of hire, which was Monday November 21st, I followed up with you on Thursday. On Thursday, this is the message I forwarded to you: Good Day Katie, Happy Holidays... on Monday, you marked The Reflexology Spa Studio as hired to service your event. Please give an update to location for Friday. If you have selected to cancel this event, please notify me as soon as possible. There is a list of other clients who are waiting to book an appointment for the Black Friday special. Im requesting a response by 9pm. Thanks Katie, I requested your address location by 9pm on Thursday to prepare my travel. Aside from the holiday traffic this week, you did not provide your address until Friday after 12pm. This was not the instructions I communicated on Thursday. No address provided Thursday indicated that you declined reflexology massage services. Communication efforts were clear. After your late message, I offered the opportunity for you to reschedule with you at the special rate initially provided. Miscommunication, mistakes, situations may occur in life. However, I kindly ask that you keep in mind to carefully review specific requested instructions. The Reflexology Spa Studio welcome the opportunity for resolution.
